Acceptable, but with significant flaws

careless reservations team inflated price

The food was GOOD and the quality was decent.

I requested to shorten my stay by one day, and it was confirmed in messages, but nothing happened. I PAID in FULL, but the reservations team WASN'T careful enough. The reception wanted to charge me INR 20000 for a drop off, even though an Uber only cost INR 4,700.

Really good Stay!

fast check-in polite staff complimentary water modern gym

The check-in process was fast. The staff were polite. My room included two complimentary bottles of water daily. I appreciate the availability of multiple electrical outlets near the desk. This was VERY convenient. I appreciated the efficient housekeeping service. I also appreciated the modern gym equipped with three treadmills and weight machines.

I noticed slight wear on some of the furniture. This did not affect my overall experience positively.

The room had a well-stocked minibar. It included both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. Climate control was simple to manage and maintained a constant temperature. Blackout curtains ensured restful sleep. This was a significant benefit.

i find the staff quite helpful and attentive . the hotel provides convenient services, like arranging transportation and storing luggage. i especially appreciate the smooth check-in process and the quick response to requests. the team really tries to ensure a seamless experience.

the gym equipment seemed slightly dated and could use some maintenance.
